The Hub will include:

  • The Way Coffee Co. – hands-on job training for men and women in recovery
  • A 24/7 Sanctuary – open for prayer, worship, and spiritual support at any time
  • Weekly Services – guest pastors, speakers, and worship leaders
  • Classes and Counseling – free drug and alcohol counseling, discipleship, Bible studies, and community support

Our Purpose:
To be a place where anyone can experience the love of Jesus, where those in recovery can grow through serving, and where we meet the needs of our community with compassion and faith.

Work With Purpose

The Way is developing workforce training programs in trades, landscaping, food service, and hospitality.
We believe meaningful work is part of healing – and that when people find purpose, relapse loses its power.

Building Communities of Hope

Our goal is to open The Way Community Hubs– spaces that combine recovery support, counseling, family services, and workforce development under one roof.
The first hub in Crossville, TN will serve as the blueprint for expansion across Tennessee and beyond.
