For men ready to rebuild their lives, The Way offers more than a bed — we offer brotherhood. Every home is a place where accountability, honesty, and faith become the foundation for real change.
For men ready to rebuild their lives, The Way offers more than a bed — we offer brotherhood. Every home is a place where accountability, honesty, and faith become the foundation for real change.
We’re not a corporate rehab or halfway house.
We’re a family that believes in tough love, real grace, and living by faith.
Every man who comes through The Way learns responsibility, spiritual discipline, and service.
Program Highlights:
“We don’t fix people — we love them, and God does the rest.”
— Matt Massengill
Each home provides safety, structure, and brotherhood. Our goal is to keep expanding so more men can experience lasting recovery through faith.
Four men's recovery homes across Crossville serve as the heart of our ministry. Each house operates under the same program model, led by house managers who live recovery daily.
Our newest men's home serves the Upper Cumberland region, giving hope to a community that desperately needs it.
When residents complete the program and are ready for independence, our graduate apartments provide the next step. Stability with continued support Community accountability
Men who complete our program don’t just stay clean — they find purpose. Many go on to become house leaders, mentors, and even open new homes under The Way. Our goal is to create a nationwide brotherhood of men who live out faith, serve others, and lead by example.
