Where Women Find a New Beginning

Our women’s homes stretch across Tennessee, each one connected by a shared mission — to help women find healing, community, and lasting recovery.

Smithville, TN

Four recovery homes in Smithville serve as the foundation of The Way’s women’s program. They’re places of healing, stability, and transformation — with peer-led support and faith-based structure.

Nashville, TN

Two homes in Nashville expand our reach to Middle Tennessee, connecting residents with strong local church partnerships and job opportunities

Chattanooga, TN

Our newest women’s home serves Southeast Tennessee — creating a place for women to heal and grow in a city full of opportunity.

Graduate Apartments

Healing Through Faith and Connection

Women thrive when they’re seen, heard, and supported. Our program gives each woman the structure she needs and the faith foundation she deserves. Residents participate in a 12-step, faith-based program with peer mentorship, group devotionals, and community service.

More Than Recovery - A Family of Faith.

The women who come through our program often stay connected long after they graduate. They mentor new residents, lead Bible studies, and help us open new homes across the state.
The future of The Way’s women’s program is expansion — more homes, more opportunities, and more lives changed through faith.
